ഗവര്‍ണറുടെ നയപ്രഖ്യാപനത്തോടെ നിയമസഭ സമ്മേളനം ഫെബ്രുവരി 18ന് ആരംഭിക്കും.രണ്ട് ഘട്ടങ്ങളിലായാണ് സഭാസമ്മേളനം.

21 ന് അന്തരിച്ച നിയമസഭ അംഗം പി.ടി. തോമസിന് അനുശോചിക്കും 22,23,24 ദിവസങ്ങളില്‍ നയപ്രഖ്യാപനത്തില്‍ മേലുള്ള ചര്‍ച്ചക്ക് ശേഷം സഭ പിരിയും.

സഭ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന മാര്‍ച്ച്‌ 11ന് സംസ്ഥാന ബജറ്റ് മന്ത്രി കെ.എന്‍. ബാലഗോപാല്‍ സഭയില്‍ അവതരിപ്പിക്കും.തുടര്‍ന്ന് ബഡ്ജറ്റിന്‍ മേലുള്ള ചര്‍ച്ചക്ക് ശേഷം മാര്‍ച്ച്‌ 23 ന് സഭ പിരിയും.
