**തിരുവനന്തപുരം** : ഇരിട്ടിയില്‍ പ്രായപൂര്‍ത്തിയാകാത്ത പെണ്‍കുട്ടി പ്രസവിച്ച സംഭവത്തില്‍ മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ് അന്വേഷണത്തിന് നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കി.

വനിത ശിശുവികസന വകുപ്പ് ഡയക്ടറോട് അന്വേഷിച്ച്‌ അടിയന്തരമായി റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് നല്‍കാന്‍ മന്ത്രി നിര്‍ദേശം നല്‍കി.

ഇരിട്ടി താലൂക്ക് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ശുചിമുറിയിലാണ് പ്ലസ്ടു വിദ്യാര്‍ഥിനി പ്രസവിച്ചത്. വയറുവേദനയെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് താലൂക്ക് ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ ചികിത്സക്കായി എത്തിയത്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ ശുചിമുറിയില്‍ പോയപ്പോള്‍ ആണ്‍ കുഞ്ഞിന് ജന്മം നല്‍കുകയായിരുന്നു.
