കാസർഗോഡ്** : കോഴിക്കോട്, വയനാട്, കാസർകോട് ഉൾപ്പെടെ വടക്കൻ ജില്ലകളിൽ ഇന്നലെ രാത്രിയുണ്ടായത് കനത്ത മഴ. താഴ്ന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ വെള്ളം കയറി. പലയിടങ്ങളിലും മണ്ണിടിച്ചിലുണ്ടായി. കാസർകോട് മരുതോം മലയോര ഹൈവേയ്ക്ക് സമീപം വനത്തിൽ നേരിയ ഉരുൾപൊട്ടലുണ്ടായി.

ഇന്നലെ വൈകീട്ട് തുടങ്ങിയ മഴ രാത്രിയിലും തുടര്‍ന്നതോടെയാണ് പലയിടങ്ങളിലും വെള്ളം കയറിയത്. കൊളക്കാടൻ മലയിലാണ് മണ്ണിടിച്ചിലുണ്ടായത്. കാരശ്ശേരി ഊരാളിക്കുന്നുമലയിലും തോട്ടയ്ക്കാട് മലയിലും മലവെള്ളപ്പാച്ചിലുണ്ടായി. കോഴിക്കോട് നഗരത്തിലും മുക്കം ടൗണിലും വെള്ളം കയറി. കടകളില്‍ വെള്ളം കയറിയതോടെ പലരും കടകളില്‍ നിന്ന് സാധനങ്ങള്‍ മാറ്റി.
